Ly-Xiong Consulting was launched in 2010 to help communities and community-based agencies have a voice in decisions affecting their lives and livelihood. Under-represented populations' primary tool in participatory decision-making, otherwise known as democracy, is active information. It is not enough to know better, we must do better. Ly-Xiong Consulting approaches all our projects, clients and communities as opportunities to understand each other's unique role in our dynamic environments, activate that knowledge, and hold each other accountable to move forward. Since our inception, we've worked with large and small agencies to inform decisions, change policies and practices, and improve their communities. We help you cultivate a learning community to periodically reflect and continually improve.
