Sida was hired to assist the Crossroad Fund (of which I am a Board Member and Chair of the Evaluation Tool Working Group) in the further refinement if its Social Change Grantmaking Evaluation Tool and pilot that tool with a subset of our grantees to further refine the tool for full implementation with all grantees. She did an excellent job working with staff and board, engaging grantees and providing additional tools and preparing final reports that have been instrumental in the full roll out of the tool with all grantees for the current funding cycle.
